Temporary Problem With My Stooges

  • There is a problem with the My Stooges page; it won't display your collection right now for some reason.  Jaronson sent me an email last night about it, but I didn't see his email until this morning.  I just took a quick look at the script, but I don't see what's wrong with it so far and I've got to get ready for work.

Your collections are still listed in the database, and - interestingly - the scripts ARE saving the data if you add an item.  It just isn't pulling your list from the database.

I'll have to wait to figure it out until tonight, so I thought I'd better put a notice up to advise everyone of the problem.  I'll post a reply when I figure it out tonight.

  • I wound up working later than planned yesterday, and was too tired to concentrate last night and couldn't seem to isolate the problem.  (It's got to be something stupid that I'm overlooking.)  I will definitely get it fixed tonight or tomorrow morning at the latest, and my apologies for the delay.

  • Okay, My Stooges is working again.  The solution turned out to be completely counter-intuitive and I stumbled on it by fluke (I was getting frustrated and trying all kinds of things), so I'll have to do some research to figure out why the solution worked.  (If I actually knew what I was doing, I'd probably be dangerous.)  The important thing, though, is that it's back!   ;D

UPDATE:  I've made some improvements!  [wink]
